Connolly’s RED MILLS provide scientifically advanced nutrition for a wide range of horses competing in a variety of disciplines. Established in 1908, they have been producing feed for high performance animals for over 100 years. The equine feed formulations use only the finest of fresh, natural ingredients to support health, digestion, well-being and performance. They have a team of expert nutritionists on hand for guidance and advice; we are confident the Gornall horses get a fully balanced, perfectly tailored diet that fulfils all of their dietary needs.

Speedi-Beet is a highly nutritious, quick soaking beet pulp feed, with no added molasses and is 95% sugar free. The Gornall horses are given a final meal before lights out to ensure they are full throughout the night helping keep their digestive system working. Speedi-Beet is easy to feed and helps to keep the Gornall horses stress-free and relaxed; top sport horses can be very sensitive to change and without doubt the horses look and feel better since adding Speedi-Beet to their daily feed.

SUCCEED provides nutritional support for the health of the entire digestive tract. SUCCEED is used on a day-to-day basis as a foundation in the feeding and training regime for the horses at Gornall. Good gut health is essential in maintaining the horses’ optimum health as it enables maximum nutrients to be absorbed from the feed that they are given. It has has helped transform the horses into a picture of health and aided their performance. It has also minimized bloating and any issues that they had previously had with girthing.

The horses at Gornall are all fed Lucerne horse feed from Hartog. This provides the healthy roughage as it is a fibre rich product. Hartog was set up in 1950 and is based in the Netherlands however they distribute feed all over the world.

Prestige Italia tack is used by Jamie and the team at Gornall. Founded in 1974 the company has grown from strength to strength and is now a market leader. The tack is excellent quality, looks great and fits really well.

Jamie and the team all ride in KASK helmets. KASK, based in Italy, specialise in developing, designing, and manufacturing high quality safety helmets.

Pikeur and Eskadron are another favourite of Jamie’s. Pikeur clothing fits well and looks smart in and out of the ring. It is important that the horses also  look smart and Eskadron items never let us down.

Freejump are the market leader of high performance stirrups designed for the comfort and safety of both horse and rider. They also brought to the sport integrated riding boots and half chaps. Jamie uses Freejump products both at competitions and when at home.

Equicty is a stable management system built by IT specialists who have a passion for horses.  The Stable Software stores each horses details including; training programme, health visits, invoicing details and allows owners, riders, grooms, vets etc. access to their records. There is also a mobile app so the information can be reached on the go and tasks set at any time. The stable board is a digital replacement for the old fashion ‘whiteboard’ and something Gornall Equestrian couldn’t be without.

21st Century horse are the UK agents for Rower & Rub, SeBo and Schutt. They bring the highest German equestrian engineering standards to the UK and helped turn Gornall Equestrian’s base, Home Farm into one of the best equestrian facilities in Europe.

The state of the art stables at Gornall Equestrian are Rower & Rub. The company was established in Germany in 1978 and now has clients all over the world.

The large tack room with under-floor heating to store leatherwork and saddles at an optimum temperature has bespoke SeBo fixtures and fittings. There are also bespoke units and rug racks around the stables.

Gornall Equestrian has a large 35m x 60m  indoor riding arena, with an unwaxed Andrews Bowen Equaflow System surface favoured by the Global Champions Tour series. There is also an all-weather gallop track with a surface by Andrews Bowen.

The HorseGym treadmill is a key part of the day to day training programme at Gornall Equestrian. It provides good exercise for the horses and is used to relax and warm the muscles and joints.
